Vouchers feature a unique code which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption at the hotel. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. No change or cash back will be given on monetary vouchers and no voucher for the difference will be issued. Extensions can be purchased and will only be extended for a maximum of 18 months. Advance reservations are essential and subject to availability. Vouchers are not valid at Scarlet. This extension does not include Winter Escape Vouchers. Terms and conditions subject to change.
