Vouchers feature a unique code which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption at the hotel. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. No change or cash back will be given on vouchers and no voucher for the difference will be issued. Extensions will not be granted past the expiry date.
