Your spa day begins with a warm welcome and a gentle introduction to the spa. One of the team will guide you through the spaces and heat experiences, helping you orientate yourself and settle into the rhythm of the day.
You’ll spend time moving between the heat facilities and relaxation areas, allowing warmth, water and stillness to help the body unwind. Herbal tea is available in the spa throughout the day, offering something warm and comforting as you relax.
