Your day begins with a warm welcome and a gentle introduction to the spaces. Our team will guide you through the spa, helping you discover how to move between warmth, water and rest so the day unfolds naturally and at your own pace.
Spend time immersed in the spa experience — exploring the thermal facilities, embracing moments of stillness, or simply gazing out towards the coastal horizon. Step outside to our natural reed-filtered outdoor pool, the perfect place for invigorating cold-water dips and contrast bathing alongside our cliff-top sauna overlooking the Atlantic.
Your face and body treatments are thoughtfully woven into the rhythm of the day, offering deep restoration and renewed balance from head to toe. Afterwards, you’re invited to settle into our hammock-like pods, gently suspended for deep relaxation, allowing the body to fully absorb the benefits of your treatments. There is no need to hurry — simply return to the spa to soak, rest or drift between heat and water as your body continues to unwind.
A light seasonal spa lunch or afternoon tea is included, created to nourish and restore while keeping you feeling refreshed.
